I was born in Australia to a French father and a Balinese mother, and grew up between two cultures and very different ways of seeing the world.
On my Balinese side, I come from a lineage of priests (Pedande) and healers (Mangku). Being of service to others has been part of my family for generations.
When I was 15, my mother told me that I had a gift for helping people too.
I didn't really understand what she meant at the time.
It wasn't until COVID disrupted a 15-year career in hospitality management that I finally stopped to ask myself what I actually wanted to do.
I started looking for work that would feel genuinely fulfilling, and that's when I stumbled across hypnotherapy.
Almost by accident.
I trained with Marisa Peer as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, and very quickly knew I'd found something that made sense to me.
This was how I was meant to help people.
Hi, I’m Alice
Then I experienced hypnotherapy for myself.
I genuinely thought my childhood was fine.
If you'd asked me before my first hypnotherapy session whether I needed therapy, I would've said no.
I had a strict dad, but nothing I would've described as traumatic. There was no abuse. No punishment. Just a feeling that I always needed to behave and not upset him.
It wasn't until I experienced hypnotherapy that I began to understand how much those experiences had shaped the way I thought, felt and responded.
Things I'd thought were simply part of my personality began to make sense in a completely different way.
What I believe about growth.
That experience became the beginning of a much deeper personal development journey.
Becoming a mother of two became another part of that journey. Motherhood challenged me to look at myself in new ways and made me even more curious about how our own experiences shape the way we parent.
I trained with the Jai Institute for Parenting in Conscious Parenting, and certified as a Conscious Parenting Coach.
I still have weekly sessions with my own transformational therapist, not because I believe something is wrong with me, but because I'm curious about who I am, what I can learn about myself, and who I'm capable of becoming next.
For me, personal growth isn't about constantly looking for what's wrong or trying to fix yourself.
It's about becoming more aware of who you already are, understanding yourself more deeply, and continuing to evolve into who you're capable of becoming.
And I don't believe that ever really finishes.
What guides my work.
Today, I’m a transformational therapist.
My 1:1 transformational journey brings together RTT, hypnotherapy, Conscious Parenting, coaching and everything I’ve learned through my own personal growth and professional training.
I’ve created a way of working that’s uniquely mine, bringing these different approaches together and personalising the process for each person I work with.
I work in English, French and Spanish, online worldwide.
