I became a parenting coach because I know firsthand how beautiful - and challenging - parenting can be.

When my daughter became a toddler, her big emotions brought out mine, and I didn’t know how to hold space for both of us. I felt overwhelmed, reactive, and lost on how to become the mother I truly wanted to be.

Raised between two cultures - a strict, authoritarian French father and a gentle, permissive Balinese mother - I’ve experienced very different parenting styles. Doing the inner work helped me find balance and become the conscious parent I am today.

I don’t believe in perfect parenting. I believe in self-awareness, repair, and the courage to break cycles.

  • You’ll have one 60-minute session each week, and about 60 minutes of reflection between sessions. It’s designed to fit into a real-life parenting schedule - and you’ll be applying the work as you go.
