Week 1 - Clarity Session (45 min)
We clarify your goals, intentions, and the patterns you want to shift, so we enter the RTT session with focus and alignment.

Week 2 - RTT Hypnotherapy Session (approx. 2.5 hours)
In a relaxed and focused state (hypnosis), you remain aware and in control throughout. Together, we:

  • Identify the root cause of your presenting issue

  • Understand when and why a limiting belief was formed

  • Release the emotional charge attached to it

  • Install new, empowering beliefs aligned with who you want to be.

Following the session, you’ll receive a personalised 15-minute hypnosis audio, created specifically for you, to listen to daily for at least 21 days.

Weeks 3 & 4 - Integration & Support
This is where change settles in. You’ll receive:

  • Weekly check-ins

  • Ongoing email/WhatsApp support

  • Guidance as your subconscious integrates the work

Week 5 - Reflection Session (45 min)
We reflect on your experience, notice the shifts that have occurred, and discuss next steps if further support feels aligned.

  • Hypnosis is a very natural and deeply relaxing state - similar to the feeling of drifting off to sleep or becoming absorbed in a good book. The session often feels like a guided meditation.

    Some people experience a very deep sense of relaxation, while others feel lighter and more aware. There is no “right” depth - and how deep you go does not affect the effectiveness of the process.

    You remain aware, in control, and able to speak throughout the session.
    You will remember the session, and you can return to full awareness whenever you choose.


    Hypnosis is gentle, safe, and always respects your boundaries.

  • In hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive - always within your consent and control. Only suggestions that feel right for you are taken in, and you cannot be asked to do anything you don’t want to do.

    From this state, we work to gently release outdated habits, patterns, and beliefs, and introduce new, supportive suggestions that align with the change you want to create.

  • Many people feel lighter, calmer, or more clear after their session. However, it’s also completely normal to feel a little unsettled, emotional, or even “worse” for a few days afterward.

    During the session, deep subconscious material is brought to the surface and released. As your mind and nervous system integrate these changes, old emotions or patterns may temporarily arise before settling. This is not a setback - it’s a sign that the work is landing and reorganising beneath the surface.

    With rest, hydration, and gentle self-care, this phase usually passes within a few days, often followed by a sense of relief, clarity, or shift. If anything feels confusing or overwhelming, support is always available

  • There are 3 types of ways we experience change, every person and situation is different :

    • Immediate change : You feel a shift in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right after the session.

    • Cumulative change : You see more subtle yet consistent shifts over time.

    • Retrospective change : You don’t notice the shifts but other people around you do, or suddenly you look back and realize all the things that are now different in your life.

    The sessions often create subtle but meaningful changes - in emotional responses, behaviours, or inner dialogue - that continue to integrate over time.

  • The 30-day program is designed to give you the time, structure, and support needed for meaningful, lasting change. It’s not a quick fix - real transformation happens gradually as your subconscious integrates new beliefs, emotional patterns shift, and insights take hold.

    Some issues are layered or deeply rooted, and full transformation may continue to unfold even after the 30 days. For those who want to continue reinforcing or deepening their shifts, additional reinforcement sessions are available, allowing you to explore further patterns and strengthen your new beliefs over time.

  • Focusing on one core pattern at a time allows the work to be deeper, more effective, and easier for your subconscious to integrate. Some patterns are connected, so you may notice shifts in related areas even when working on a single focus. Additional issues can be explored in follow-up or reinforcement sessions once the first pattern has settled.
